Stepping into the spacious circular training hall, clients find themselves in an environment that inspires movement. Mirrored walls visually expand the area, creating a sense of infinity that helps participants focus on their workouts.

In addition to the main hall, we have created specialized zones for different types of training:
• TRX Zone, ideal for strength and functional exercises.
• Aero-Stretching Hall, equipped with suspension systems and “hammocks” for performing aerial exercises.
