The main goal of creating SORTAGE 2.0 was to maintain the brand’s recognizability while improving and expanding the store’s presentation. We achieved this by reusing as much of the original store’s display equipment as possible. Elements like the display shelves, cube table, and fluorescent green shelves from NDA Design Studio were skillfully restored and reconfigured in the new interior, creating a unique first impression as you enter the store.

Despite similarities to the original design, SORTAGE 2.0 introduces fresh elements to the story. We returned to black, a signature color of the first store – the black ceiling, black reception, and checkout areas create an atmosphere of style and exclusivity.

Inspired by the brand’s bold and daring aesthetic, we incorporated new metallic reflective surfaces, including aluminum Quintet sheets on the floor and walls. This solution highlights the modernity and innovation of the store’s design, making it a place where street culture, high fashion, and art converge.

The custom-designed stainless steel fixtures have also been expanded to include clothing rails, countertops, and illuminated sneaker shelves. SORTAGE’s signature fluorescent green continues to play a central role in the design, but we’ve taken it a step further. A cozy lounge area with vibrant cushions now showcases rare and collectible contemporary cultural objects, adding a unique touch to the store’s overall ambiance.
